same size = ok

If the grid space and the drawing space are the same size, or the grid space is smaller than the drawing space, I get a map that does what I want.  The next step is to get the map to scroll when the player nears the edge.  This is ultimately what I had thought I'd done earlier, but hadn't.  Code wasn't valid in a wide enough number of cases.
